okay new week new start! 187.8 - 4lb for fluids= 183.8lbs. okay going to really work at it this week, may even get on the treadmill...maybe... :)
85.2 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What do you mean when you put -4 lbs for fluid??

you know I'm on dialysis for my kidneys and the kind that I do (peritoneal) adds 2liters of fluid to my abdomen so that weights about 4 pounds.
