Lost five pounds in two weeks. Have stayed under 50g carbs on a daily basis. No snacks or eating between meals...only water. Checking glucose before meals and at bedtime. Numbers looking good.

Also added third day of exercise per week.
61.2 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 4.0 kg a Week
