Ok everyone celebrate! I just weighed in and I lost 2 lbs. My first week and I am already making progress. I am so excited I could do a victory dance. In fact I think I will and I will lose weight doing it too. AWESOME!!!
83.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
