I ran for the full half hour last night! 2.5 miles straight. Sneaking up on this 5k!!!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The end of March. Last time I thought I was ready for one I got there and it had hills everywhere.... I had only ever run on flat roads so it kicked my ass and I was disappointed. This time I want to know for sure that I can do it!
