Well considering I cheated last Thursday (Mexican) and again on Tuesday (Italian)...... On my diet, not men. lol I have to say all in all 3 lbs is not a bad loss. The thing is... yes, I cheated... but I didn't let it turn into an all out binge fest stuffing as many carbs and sweets as I could into my pie hole. Thursday I has rice, queso and salsa and then that night I had a bowl of captian crunch. Oh and I had one real coca cola. Tuesday I had lasagna and rolls... oh the rolls.... oh wait... I had rolls on Tuesday too. It's hard when temptation is shoved into your face daily. We have had training all week on a new system and I have had to order in food every day for the past two weeks to be catered in. I know that's not an excuse but it does make it harder. I'm not sure a cheat now and then isn't good for you. Oh I also joined the gym and I have been going faithfully since last Friday. :)
120.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 50.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
