I have exercised 4 days this week. p90x week 0ne of lean but skipped yoga. I NEED to get my eatting in check though. Need to plan my meals better and have cut up veggies in fridge. I will make a big pot of soup this weekend and eat it with my lunch or dinner everyday. I will succeed this time!
70.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
