I’m really struggling mentally. I’m happy I maintained this whole week but I need to stop being lazy and move!!! So I put on my workout clothes today and I’m about to go downstairs and do my exercises. Nothing crazy but I can do it. It’s better than sitting on the couch and feeling guilty.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

At least you're moving! That's a step forward. Find a type of exercise/ activity you like and do it as much as you can. For me it's weightlifting. I do it 6 days a week and it makes me feel confident and strong.
