think I'm retaining water because on both Superbowl Sunday and the Monday after I did drink a lot that I usually don't do, not at least 2 days in a row, so I'm not going to really worry about it too much for this week.
84.7 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
