1 active week on 1500kcal resulted in 2.6kg loss. Wow, I thought my weight was stubborn - I couldn't go down no matter how clean I ate and how much intermittent fasting I did. I just know how to eat enough.
I am ramping up calories now to 1750, let's see what happens. It's still a deficit.
79.9 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
