Not doing a good job at all making the best eating choices....enough said today! UGH....LOL
72.9 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Stay with it. Set small goals to get back on track. Water always helps me that way. And fruit.
