stuck at 201 for a few days now. i need to remember that 1 lb a week is normal and not to get sad that i'm not dropping faster. i can't get to the gym but my job is demanding so i need to pump it at work throwing the truck faster and walking faster.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
