Keto every day. I thought I ate a lot yesterday - but apparently I did not! Dinner was some leftover rotisserie chicken, cut up to make a chicken salad. And a quickie coleslaw made from coleslaw-in-a-bag plus salad dressing. And Keto ice cream! (Rebel brand)
