Doing ok. Still having more calories to use up xmas leftovers but have also started kettle bells, restarted trx and of course spinning as always.
So expecting body shape to change more over the next few months more than losing weight.
Feeling ok but got to stop myself from overdoing the exercise - I can get a bit carried away and then stop completely as has happend in the past.....we'll see how we go.
74.6 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
