After only 2 days at 1600 cals and very little exercise because of my back, I have now bounced back down 3.5 pounds to 164.5 (after having been steady at 168 for a few days). I don't know what's going on. Maybe it was all that salty ham I had after Easter. Maybe it's because I restarted the coconut oil.
