Not sure what happened. Began working out 2x per day 5 times a week on 1/6/14. Maybe I'm retaining water around my muscles. Perhaps TOM. Either way, no stopping now, still going full speed ahead.
78.2 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week
