I really thought that I would have lost more. Constipation does not help. I am starting to wonder if this will work. Depressed.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Do you record everything you eat in you food diary, because if you do you may not be eating enough. You need to aim for at least 1500 calories. Don't get discouraged, this really works you just have to stick with it!
