well on friday the scale did drop down to 267.8 one time then it went right back up soo i was hopefull for a scond but its back at 268.2which that is good cuz it has been between 269 and 270 fluctuating back and forth so i was happy to see the 268.2 im gonna start eating alot of veggies today and im staying away from the atkins snack bars...soo im excited to see what the next couple days will bring..was gonna go to the gym today but we got more snow overnight so im prolly not driving anywhere..
