No change, but that's not a big deal. I've had a week of continuous decline so starting this week the same weight as the end of last week is not something to worry about. I'm hopeful that by the end of the month I'll be 7-8 pounds lighter. It would be wonderful to be twenty pounds lighter by spring, but that's liable to be a pipedream!
