Stick with it. You may stay at one weight for a while, like I have been, but its great you haven't gained. Are there more activities you are doing, driving, housework, walking that burns calories? I am more sedintary on the weekends, but at work I am moving around. I also eat worse on the weekends because I pack my lunches at work and when I prepack I can count calories and plan better choices. My weekends have been counteracting my good weekdays.
