I have tried. I want to just give up. I just can't eat what I need to. Drinking smoothies and shakes just makes me full, then I can't eat.

Sorry guys I was feeling defeated. Everytime I get on the scale I get depressed. I picked myself up,and went to my weights. It totally changed my morning. I move up from squatting 60lbs to 70lbs😁. Thanks to you guys for the support,it really helps.

Keep at it! You'll get there by being consistent and glad you found an outlet. Lifting weights always makes me feel better?💪💪

This is an encouragement site also. Are you trying to gain muscle weight? If you are lifting, you maybe. Do you use a smart scale?

The way you wrote your goals, it appears you are hoping to gain some weight so it will be important you can eat healthy foods and perhaps add some extra fats to your smoothies.
