Haven't been following my low calorie diet as well as I should and I've stayed at the same weight for the last few weeks... need to start pushing to lose these last 20 pounds.
77.3 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
