Lunch: I had a large Wendy’s chili. Dinner: a slice of Daisy ham and boiled veggies. Oh, and a plate of peanuts in shells. Coleslaw and some cheese. I guess that was a but much. I don’t trust those peanuts when doing Keto.
65.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week
