Okay, Christmas is over. We're well into 2014. I have no more excuses. I put on weight over the holidays, but I'm getting back on track now. Thank goodness I lost a few pounds before Christmas. Wish me luck everyone.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
