I have been intermittent fasting 16:8 for over a year, this is my lifestyle now and I have maintained my weight without any thought about what I'm eating. Now I want to lose now just maintain. To this end I am slowly cutting back on the amounts I eat. It will probably take a month before I've cut back enough to be eating normal sized servings. Patience is the key for me, if I cut back too fast I will feel deprived and give up.
