Day 5...I have gained 0.4lbs...*sigh*
I was making my portion sizes smaller and starting to switch out the unhealthy food for the healthy food slowly...but I guess that was not drastic enough.
Next weigh in that number will go down! But...I think I need to go bike for awhile now. Feeling a little discouraged today. Hoping the exercise will make me feel a little better.

97.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you :) I will try to be positive about it. I may be able to the 6 meals on the weekends, I do think I have time during the week but I may try.
