Today I started my Carb Nite Solution diet. Due to eating lots of carbs in the last couple of days my weight increased (it might be water weight). I do not feel depressed or bad at all. I know I will accomplish this diet, maybe I will be able to figure out how to stick to it and to make follow it as a lifestyle. Normally I work out 4 to 5 times a week (Crossfit WODs), so I hope not to change the amount of my physical activity, but due to the introductory period of the diet I might feel weaker than usual.
