I have stepped it up again on my jogging...I now walk for three minutes; then jog for 4. I repeat that four times. Yeaaaa...I did not think that I would be to this point now...so it really freels great.
108.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 45.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
