Finally a drop in weight. Patients pays off! I have been hovering at 227 for 2 weeks now. I weighed in this morning at 224. I'll take it. Now on to the 5 pounds by Valentines day challange.....
101.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
