Keto every day!
I made a nice steak dinner last night. With garlic/seasoned (frozen) riced cauliflower.

Today I’m scheduled to donate blood to the Red Cross in the afternoon. So I’m having a plain burger some time this morning. I want a good iron count when they check. I’ll bring a good Keto snack with me for after the bloodletting. They usually offer very carby snacks at that point, that’s not for me!
65.5 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
