OK Now that I have a baseline for how much I eat, it is time to start slowly cutting back on the amount of each serving. My goal is to get. used to eating normal sized servings.
93.9 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
