Keto every day. 😁
Bulletproof coffee only, till noonish. Then another BP coffee, and nothing major - a salad, three eggs, some cheese and sausage, buttered green beans, almonds.
65.4 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
