It's been a crazy few months with a new (and time consuming + stressful)job and very very cold Canadian winter (=no running outside). Clothes are feeling a little snug and self esteem is feeling a little battered. Can't wait to get training for a half marathon again this year and be ready for a bikini for a trip in August to the lake. JUST NEED TO GET OFF THE COUCH. Why is it so hard some days? Blech... It's amazing how much your body changes after 30. It really hangs on to every inch it can get, right around the middle.

Off to change into running gear. The irish potato nachoes and beer didn't do me any favours today.
73.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
