Yesterday was a bit of a feeding festival. Instead of a light lunch, or none, I had a small Wendy’s chili and a bunch of peanuts. Then dinner was a fat-laden grilled cheese sandwich, on Aldi’s zero-carb bread. Followed by a half pint of Rebel super low carb ice cream - which has a good portion of fat. I was almost painfully full after all that. I don’t completely trust what I call fake-o carbs like bread, ice cream, etc. They usually boost my weight the next morning. But it comes off again the day after that.

Plus, I weighed myself early today, 5 am. I’m sure I would have weighed at least a half pound less, had I waited till 8 or 9 am as usual.
