Planning to take a break from weighing myself at least for 2 weeks, and possibly for the whole month! I want to focus more on making healthy choices, which I can control, than on how much I weigh, which I can't.
71.6 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
