Keep every day!
Yesterday’s dinner: rotisserie chicken from a local specialty restaurant named Grass & Bone. I also made and enjoyed some fried Brussels sprouts, and coleslaw made with a simple salad dressing.
65.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
