So I sort of took this last weekend as a 'last meal' kind of situation. I ate some junk yesterday that I am not proud of. I am sure that contributed to the weight gain. But today I started the meal plan for P90X. I had my mushroomn omelet, and I am going to eat my chef salad for lunch. I was so full from the omelet that I didn't have a snack, but I'll get it in.
I still have to install my chin up bar! Hopefully I can get it up or else I will have to improvise with the chest/back workout today.
