End of First 24 hr fast ends @ Noon today 4/5/21 and I lost a whole lb. Woo Hoo
72.8 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Slow and steady. For my height I need a daily 1200 caloric intake. Also keeping my fiber at 30 and my protein at 100. The 24 hr fast came after doing the first part for a month.
