Did not get off the diet. Hitting the weights hard. First time trying low calorie. In the past always did keto and didn't last long. Goal is lean muscle mass.
79.5 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
