Ugh. Sad gain. Don't know for sure why...HA! Of course I do. A lapse in the exercise routine. A couple of emotional eating days. And whacked out hormones that leave me totally confused about what's happening when. THAT part hasn't changed. I'm a little more on track with the food. And getting plenty of exercise this week. Hopefully there will be positive results next time I weigh.
