Yep. I've gained a kilo and I'm not surprised. For the past two weeks it's been hard to be satiated. I've just been eating more food. More Grains, more Legumes, more fruit.
I've also not been prepping a big salad or large pot of low calorie veggie soup as my go to filler-upper. Off to make soup. I hope this works.
