I had visions of losing 16-17lbs this month, but with 6.5 days to go ill be happy as long as I can lose another 1.25lbs to get me over the 1 stone loss mark for the month. That would be averaging 3.15lbs per week.
For April I'm going to target 11lbs loss, that's basically 2.5lbs a week. A sensible target and get me under the 19 stone mark...
For May 9lbs loss (diminishing returns) which will get me to 2.5 stone lost June 7lbs July 7lbs August 7lbs September 5lbs October 5lbs November 5lbs December 5lbs
So that would be 70lbs in total to get me in the 15stone range!!!!
