Yesterday, I did my third couch to 5k exercise...I am ready to go onto the next phase tomorrow. I'll walk for five minutes...and jog for two. That will be a real challenge...at least at first.
110.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 46.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
