Straight Keto yesterday. But not OMAD. Beef stew lunch and dinner. And a large blueberry muffin done in a mug in microwave for dessert. I was pretty full after that. Today will be OMAD (bulletproof coffee only) till 1 pm, or 4-5 if I can make it.
