☺️😁 this week I started doing an hour of yoga, I know I still need to work on my relationship with food ( that’s why I joined! I think I just to find the right support), but I am so proud that I’ve done it every day and to see any progress (nonetheless two days in a row) is amazing and empowering.
114.6 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 53.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
