Keto every day.
Yesterday OMAD till 4 pm. Dinner was a pork sausage stir fry with with riced cauliflower and a few green beans. Added paprika, some soy sauce, and a few blobs of no-sugar bbq sauce.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
