The rest of the family has been sick, and although I have no overt symptoms, I fell into a sudden, deep, irresistible sleep on Monday afternoon, and for the past couple days I've been retaining water. Slept about 3 hours this afternoon. My exercise routine is slipping.
116.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
