Official after Thanksgiving weigh in and I have gained 4 pounds! This puts me back in the 230's, actual weight 232.2. So I have to start over. We were out of town over Thanksgiving, I did my best but options are limited when you are traveling. I did realize that another food I can add to my "stay away from because you cant contol yourself" is Popcorn. I eat it air popped, no butter, so I thought "that is a healthy light snack". Nope not for me because I eat a tub or 2 of it. At last I know now, no more popcorn for me. So I am back on a mission to get back in to the 220's infact I am rasing the stakes, my next goal is 219! I have to do this because I got rid of all my "big" clothes. I am not going back and I have nothing to wear if I gain weight. Ther is no turning back!
105.3 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I totally had an addiction to pop corn. I even fooled myself and though air popped without butter was a good way to loose weight. I was wrong. If your eating salt with it, your going to take one some serious water weight as well. Try drinking a ton of water the next couple days and you might be surprised how much you loose, if you have been doing a lot of salt. when i switched to the paleo diet i noticed all corn products are off the list. I was sad, but so far its working for me. hang in there your doing great!

Jen. You can do it! Drink lots of water try adding a bit of cardio in the am if you don't do that already or sometimes making sure you are getting enough sleep
