About 3 weeks ago I started a different diet, HCG, I was introduced to it by my step daughter. I had heard about it about a year ago and did not have the courage to do it till now. It is a very restricted diet and very tough. Anyway, I decided to give it a shot after researching it and it has done wonders. If anyone out there is looking for a challenge with great results look into this. It was developed in the mid 1900's. I lost 16lbs since November 10th.

It's way to restrictive for me, but it does get results. I think the hardest part is when you get to goal and have to keep it off.

I thought it would be harder than it actually was. The first 3 days were tough and then it was like clockwork.. I am on phase 3 now and it is a breeze. THe only thing I cannot eat is starch and sugar. I am really happy with the diet. On this phase I have already lost 3.5 lbs in 3 days.

This is the lowest weight I've been for over 10 years. I am so very thrilled. I work at it constantly, if I gain 2 lbs, I'm right there watching everything hat goes in my mouth. WATER, that is the secret, drink litres of it, it flushes out all the fat.
