"reasonably well" is a perfect description. I am being reasonable, not restrictive. If I am still hungry, I eat...but something that is going to give me energy, not something that will make me feel like I am binging. And I worked out REALLY hard at the gym. Starting to love it again. Not eating after 5:30 today.
