Well it just goes to prove that pizza, wine and chocolate don't help me lose weight but not having too much of them either hasn't made me gain weight....good times. I feel I can enjoy December a little bit now and still keep on a level playing field as long as I still record everything I eat. I am still spinning but with so much to do this month it is being kept to a minimum - I will start again full on in the new year.
